    Also, when there is a message notification and I go into the game with the beta player, the notification doesn't seem to go away on the "My Games" list, but if I click on it to read or use the Flash Player it does get removed.

    If refreshing the Player did not help it would be helpful if you could leave it in the stalled state so I can take a look.

    The stall fixes itself when I refresh the player, but I have to refresh (the little blue arrows work) after every single attack order on this board: http://www.wargear.net/games/playerjs/144217. I left it in the middle of my current turn. I'm running XP and FF 12.0.

    Version 1.18 Changes

    • Fixed bug where multiple attacks to territories with zero units (e.g. Project:Oblivion) generated an error
    • Reordered toolbar buttons as per suggestions
    • Added a bit more 'pop' to the interface

     

    Edit - you may need a refresh (F5) to pick up the new button shading.

    I like the new buttons -- that little bit of added flare makes the interface a lot snappier, and it better matches the rest of the site's slick aesthetic.

    there are other boards with fill issues. is this something you're going to have to do on a per board basis?! yech, i don't envy you that.

    These should both be fixed now. I've done a bulk update to refresh all the SVG files which the player depends on.

    I've also found that when transferring into a territory with more troops than the MAX for that territory will allow, I get a popup message and I have to transfer the exact amount, which entails math.  Didn't it used to just transfer the amount that would make the max and leave the rest?  I think so and I think I like that better.

    yeah, i already posted that one.

    has anyone already posted that with the new player info below the board we've lost the ability to click on teams to show which territories they own as a team (individual works fine)...

    the graphics update is looking good.

    For Simulgear, I think the "Commit" button should have the confirmation popup like the Flash player.  I can see a potentially disastrous cursor-jerk with the immediate order execution.

    noticed a couple times when the attack window is towards the right side of the board it lengthens instead of shifting a bit left so everything is all mucked up. i'll take a screenshot next time it happens.

    Actually that was one thing lots of people complained about in the Flash player! It's a challenge as space is limited and some boards have hundreds of continents. It could be truncated so that when you hover over it it shows the full string perhaps?

    I agree that when un-truncated the continent box gets too unwieldy.

    It's really nice how with the new Player when you click on "Continents" it lists who owns each continent (if owned).  I think a combination of this feature plus the hover-over as you mention would be perfect.
