I was poking around Conquer Club the other day (I forget how I ended up there - sorry, I'm not leaving).  I thought there achievement (medal) system was cool though.

This appears to still be happening when you first click Commit.  Reloading the Flash Player appears to fix it though.  So not really that big of a deal, but still somewhat present.
