I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but if the settings are such that abandon territories turn neutral at the end of turn, if a player loses his last capital city via an artillery border, and the territory doesn't turn neutral until the end of the turn, the player is not eliminated, despite his lack of capital city.

So have I, and it makes me very paranoid.

The player's not eliminated by the system at the end of the attacking player's turn?
I thought that was discussed when the similar situation came up with your Pokemon map. http://www.wargear.net/forum/showthread/605
asm is a CYLON!!!
Just confirmed a private message brings up a flashing new message icon.
Good, I missed that. I liked calling people out on making secret deals.
Me too.
Same.

This has been fixed and your boot count updated.
I have two bugs I think (maybe they are desirable and just things I don't like).
1) In any game, when you click on the info tab, the viewer keeps the last menu from the page that was open. (I am thinking this may not be a bug since it could be desirable when looking at your cards, switch to the info tab and then decide to trade.)
2) In total fog games, when I make an attack and win, it shows neutral color units disappearing and not the color of the player I attacked. The only time I see the color of the player I attacked is if I lose. (Maybe this is how it is because of the total fog, but it bothers me.)
Since I listed these I have one more thing I would like to see.
Is there anyway to have the top menu bar (Home, Boards, ... tabs and the line below) fixed to the top of the page so that when scrolling down this is still there? This would be nice for forums and for looking through games and some other places.
If any of these things are not easy to fix or it is not desirable to fix them, they are not anything important. Thanks in advance.
3) In any game, if you click on a players color square in the info box on the play tab, then you get a cursor and can type.
This falls with the rest above.

Just having a copy of the menu at the bottom of the forums page would make a big difference for me.
1. This is by design.
2. Which board do you see this behaviour on? I ran a couple of tests and it seemed to work fine for me.
3. Fixed thanks.
Re: a floaty copy of the menu, I actually find this pretty annoying on most websites that I've seen this on - feels like it's cheating you out of vertical space on your monitor. I could go with the menu at the bottom though.

I just saw it on Battle for New York and I believe I've seen it on Assassin and Antastic.
2. Assassin was the board I most recently saw this on, but also on Risk vs. Reward. Were others, but not sure which.
Either way on the menu (if it's not desirable fine with me). I understand the need for vertical space during game play, but it certainly would be nice to not have to scroll up in forums; a bottom bar would work nicely there.

Oh I can confirm that this is always the case.
OK thanks this should be fixed now.
Thanks as always for the fast response.
Tom - your fix for unit kills may have introduced a new bug. It seems that in regular games, when you make an attack both armies lost from the attacker and the defender peel off as the attackers color.
Fixed (again!)
I have my notifications about my map reviews set to NONE because I don't care and I don't want to know, but I still get a PM with the review and then that sends me an email telling me I have a PM.
I don't want to know that somebody has rated my map. If I wanna know, I'll check but really, I don't want to get a message saying that N00b rated my map as 1 star after terminating their game because they didn't get it.
