resizing the popup
The ability to resize the pop-up and adding scroll bars makes the most sense doesn't it? OK at the top would help, but there's still a problem of not being able to see the full list of orders right?

That's right. As long as the scroll bar was able to scroll down to view the "Ok" that would satisfy my needs.
All Features added to the feature request list.
Good to see that's on the list...it's one of my very few complaints for this site. Unfortunately, it is very relevant during A&A (and other large simulgear games), of which I play much.
Quibble: ISTM the "can't get to bottom of oversized popup" issue should be characterized as a bug, not a feature request. It is not specific to the SG orders list, e.g. it happens with the "You won" info box as well.
Can we get an option for colored numbers? It would be a really nice option with dual layers.
excuse me, coloured numbers... to clarify, I mean as an option with player color under the designer.
It would be nice if the site saved your "Last Login" information and could give a range of what time of day the player is usually on...

not sure that would be 100% useful, ppl like me that leave the window open at work all the time (and would at home if the wife wouldn't close the window!). but maybe for most it would
Mine would be the same, I almost always have this window open... but I still think that it would provide some decent information, especially since the system already gets this information from the user.
What about a player search? It's difficult to try and find a certain player, and the only way i know how to do it now is to go to the enemies settings page and type in a name

This is how I find someone (and maybe there's an easier way):
Go to your profile page. In the upper left, you will see "Home >> Players >> [your profile name] >> Player Profile".
From there, click on "Players". This takes you to a listing of all players where you can search.

In the bottom left corner, in blue, there is a link called Player List...

That would be a much easier way.
Learn something new every day
That I think is quickly becoming the "problem" with wargear. So much good stuff is just not obvious. If you follow all the forum threads, you learn a lot, but the percentage of the player base that does that has to be minimal. I don't know what the answer is. Maybe a tips & tricks section to the faq?
(another example is the two links to get to the designer page for the map).

I've thought about this and would be happy to add something there (maybe just in the General section though) or perhaps a sticky on the Welcome thread would be better? Although having info in two places seems yucky .
That said, do you really put something like "Click the link in the bottom left that says "Player List" to get to the Player List" in a tips & tricks section ?

I know what you mean, but it's kind of hidden way down there in the bottom corner. I know I didn't find it until I had been on the site a while, and obviously I'm not alone in that. If you have it like a faq it might not sound quite as stupid:
Q: How do I find a player's profile if I know their name?
A: Their is a link in the bottom left of every page labeled 'Player List', which allows you to see all players in alphabetical order and search by player name.
For the design page I can see two questions:
Q: How do I find out information X,Y or Z about a board.
A: This information is available on the board's design page.
Q: How do I get to the design page for a board.
A: Click the little blue double arrow icon next to 'Board settings' on the board info page, or next to the board name on the game info page.
Did the Top ranked boards get removed from player profiles?

Yes, for me too. I don't know why. May be some work in progress...
