I must not understand it right. A territory minimum is the minimum # of armies allowed on a territory?
I am discovering this thread only now.
For me, top of the list : achievement system, moving averages, site records.
As much as I would like to see more designer options, I must agree with Toto that site addition tracking should be higher on the list. I want to see more players and I want to play around with the factory/barren tools for awhile. There is much to explore.
Site records / site addition tracking - what's that one exactly?
I don't know about site addition tracking :)
What I mean by "site records" is to have published, for example :
- highest Global ranking ever and by which player ( same for Championship, Tournaments, each board)
- which player stayed number 1 for the longest time (GR, championship, tournaments, boards)
- same with the moving average 1 month for example
- ...

Moving averages by # of games, not date range. 50-GMA seems about right as the default on the rankings page, with an option/filter for 25 and 100-GMAs.
I like all of those ideas. I have plenty of tools to work with for now.
... top on my list is still territory minimums though (specifically just 0 and 1, so I can make a few territories abandon, while leaving the gameplay standard).

OK.. I think I understand. You don't want territory minimums as much as you want to Locally toggle the abandon feature. I was questioning it because I just couldn't think of a valid (or even a legal) use for a territory minimum of more than 1.
With a TM of 2 a player couldn't attack out without having at least three units on the territory, and someone attacking that territory would have to attack with two or more dice and win with both. Winning with one of the die only would cause an illegal position.

Fully agreed, it makes much more sense like this.

Missing a critical "c" in there. Should be addiCtion.
Can we add a little vote to the game that each player can unanimously vote to elect an observer to the game, who can watch a fog game without fog? Really I just want to be able to have the strategic effect of fog for 2 players to test under, but I don't have the ability to see how the balance is working until the game is over. If you terminate a game, the fog doesn't lift from the history, so I can't watch then, or when a game is restarted. So if I could be an observer of DEV games that I design, with the approval of the participants, I would be ecstatic.
Hey Ed,
Yertle showed me a neat trick. If you are the designer, and the game is being played under default fog, you can go and change your board fog to none, save the design, and reload the player. Now you can see everything! Just be sure to change it back quickly and the players will never know!
good point.
It's not quite the same, but it will do. I can see games that are played on my DEV maps, and nobody else can see them unless they have a link. This is a great feature but I can't see people play the game if it's fogged, and if I lift the fog, it may effect multiple games at a time.
Could you make Non-fogged scenario - or even copy the board -- use it for a DEV game -- then promote it to Default/Standard?
Now that I'm thinking of it, I can't remember how to make a copy of a board. I was looking to do it the other day and couldn't find a copy button on the designer page. Also, is it possible to change the name of a board or a Scenario?

Right click the arrow in the Actions column.
Thanks, Y. Right-click ..what a novel idea.
