Since it just came up in one of my tournament games, I wanted to ask.
If a player is on vacation, then they cannot join games. I think this is how it is and that makes sense, so if a tournament game starts while on vacations, can you join it on vacation? If not, will an automatic boot be triggered when vacation ends? How does this work?

You can join games when you are invited to them, so both Private and Tournament games you can join while on Vacation.
If you remove Vacation or it expires, then the Tournament games you will get booted from.

noticed today as i was adding vaca for this xmas; that i have TWO 5-day vacations over the same time period last xmas:

Where's 11's?
Would it be possible to add a (V) or something to the My Games Screen so we could see from our list that we are waiting for a vacationing player? Not really a big deal because I have developed a complicated mathmatical formula to determin if someone is on vacation. I take their turn time and subtract the boot time and if it is a positive number they are on vacation and if it is a negative number then they still have time to take their turn.
Alas, I don't always like having to take the cover off of my Texas Instruments Scientific Calculator just to do this so if something could be visible on the My Games List, that would be sweet!

I like the V, but sometimes I want more information and I don't want to go hunting for the particulars about the vacation. I wouldn't mind it if, in addition to the V, when a player goes on vacation, an automated postcard is sent to the message board in every game they are playing (including unfilled/unstarted games as well as games they join while on vacation). The message should include the start and end-time of the vacation.

My Vacation from Dec of 2009 has not expired. I took 6 days then and they are still counted against my 30 in a 12 month period.
