Overall its pretty good. design is ok, playability is good, but strategy is a great for me, as you have to make sure to memorize the board in order to make or break your game.
I don't like the borders on this one, if you don't pay careful attention to them they can screw you, I'm not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing.
Very good board. However the historical accuracy makes borders kind of weird, like how Germany borders many other territories. And if you wish to maintain Historical accuracy, the Aegean Continent bonus should be renamed Ottoman Empire.
This is an interesting take on the well-used Europe theme. The abnormal territory location and resulting borders create a different feel; however, I'm not sure they make this a *better* board, but simply a more unique one.
