    Anyone know how this works?  Does the team need to get the N territories total among all of the members, or does any one member need it?  Or maybe all need it?

    My assumption would be any one team member need it. I haven't seen this exact thing but on Quantum Entanglement you have to take the entire map (one of two) to win, and a team taken map is not enough, has to be one team member only.

    I agree.  Generally speaking, and across all boards - if a member wins, the team wins.
