I am able to create a new game to test a board, but the invitees (private) try to join and receive a message which says "Fatal error: Insufficient seats available in scenario for this number of players."

The game says we've both joined, but it's nobody's turn. Any idea what's going on?

I'm not sure if this will fix it, but your initial setup looks wrong.  You probably want to assign the capitals, instead of "capital city" to "neutral capital".

Nice looking board.  I like the gear capitals.  O is right, it looks like you've assigned every capital to seat 1.  Neutral Capitals are probably what you want.  10 seems like a very high neutral count.  4-6 seems more reasonable.

Thanks for the feedback. I've made those changes, but the problem doesn't seem to be fixed. I tested it a few times before adding the factories. It seemed to be working before that. I suppose I'll walk it back and see if I can find where the problem started.

I seem to have fixed it. Deleted the factories and redid them. I'm going to play around with a few things, but would love for you guys to join a Dev game after that for feedback. I'll create one this evening or tomorrow. Thanks for the offer!

many of them though seem to have retired from WG.

I'm on that list, and will gladly join a dev game or two, assuming that they are 3-day games, becuase sometimes I have problems getting to play over the weekends.

I enjoy dev games. Feel free to invite me to any as long as they have a 3-day timer.
