How do you calculate how many games will be played?

For example  64 players and 4 players per game.

It appears that Round Robin tournaments are not available for games with more than 3 players.

OK then how about Swiss Tournament 4 players per game  and 64 players?

Are the number of rounds variable?

Did you try plugging those numbers into the Tournament Creator?

    Players per game 4 Players
Number of Rounds in Tournament 3 Rounds

    Create Tournament

    • There will be 64 players in this tournament
    • There will be 16 games in the first round

Change it to 4 rounds and you have to get 256 players to enter the tournament - with 64 games in the first round.

I went to the wiki page and couldn't find the info.  So, of course when you ask the obvious question did you turn on the computer?  I say duh? ha ha

Yes I have now gone to the tournament page and all is clear.

I always call IT before checking to see if it's plugged in.  After all, there's so many other things it could be.

I know you unplugged it and plugged it in again!!  I heard you but you obviously weren't listening when I said, "WAIT 60 seconds before you plug it in again."

    Well, what's it plugged into?

    An extension chord.

And what is the extension chord plugged into?

    Oh...
