I use the Kindle app on my phone - great for reading a few pages when you have a spare minute.

My Obsessive Hyper-focusing disorder doesn't let me read during a "spare minute". Once I pick up a book there are only two things that can tear me away from it... hunger and exhaustion.

I don't know whether to scratch my watch or wind my butt
Reading is important to me and I enjoy it a great deal. When you go to pickup a pizza, leave early and bring a book. When you go to get a hair cut, don't make an appointment, show up and bring a book. I read over my daily lunch break at work and I go to bed 1 hour earlier than I want to so I can read during that hour.
There is a lot of down time in life if you are prepared for it!
