Is there someplace that explains the meaning of all the headings, AD, DD, BMod, AL, DL and the use of the up and down arrows in a column etc?
AD - Attention Deficit
DD- Dungeons and Dragons
BMod - Nickname for my BFF Brandon Moderan
AL - First name of the Dad in Married with Children
DL - The status of most of my Fantasy Baseball team
Up and Down Arrows - Used for cheat code in the video game Contra in addition with A & B buttons
Ooooh, Risky you are soooo cute! LOL

You forgot left, right and start (and arguably select).
Here is what I believe they are -
AD - Attack Dice (what the attacker rolled)
DD- Defense Dice (what the defender rolled)
BMod - Border Modifier (what was added/subtracted to the rolls)
AL - Attack Lost (units attacker lost)
DL - Defense Lost (units defender lost)
R - Restart (can replay game from this point)
Up and Down Arrows - Can order entries by this column (which is kind of silly for this chart)
Also -
My son downloaded an NES emulator for our Wii. Was fun playing Contra again, but, man, was I rusty - I remember knowing just when to jump to get over that first exploding bridge, when duck the snipers, when to shoot the gun things - not anymore -
at least I was better than my wife who claims she used to be an expert fire starter in Caveman Olympics but was thoroughly unimpressive this time -
Thanks Amidon.
