Does the latest updates row include updating Board Description and items that don't require a new Version?  

Or would boards only that contain a new Version be there? (If this is the case then how is Risky Kong there even though it is still version 1.0 and not newly released?)

Yeah, I was excited to see the 'Latest Updates' row, but I don't see any difference between the 'Latest Releases' and the 'Latest Updates' rows on my screen. Risky Kong is not on either for me.

Ok so this is one of those changes that is not retroactive - as boards are updated it will populate properly. This is because the last updated time was not previously recorded.

Where is this feature?

An extra row on the Board list home page.

On the Boards Tab?  ..on the pages for individual Boards?  In the Designer? I've checked these and I guess I don't know what I'm looking for.  I thought the version # was always in the designer, but maybe that's it.  I also see the version number on the individual pages for each board.

For some reason I was thinking you might be talking about the addition of a "Sort by Latest Updated" feature on the Boards page.

It's  a new row on the bottom of the 'home' page of the 'boards' page.
