First of all great site. I may be missing it but is it possible to invite specific players to a game

instead of just opening a game to everyone?

When you Create a Game, select a Game Type of "This is a Private game (I will invite players)", you will then either be able to add the player's WarGear username or an email address for a new player.  Set your Friends list via your settings to use the "Quick select WarGear players" window.

I am having issues that sometimes I can only invite people who are reviewers to Dev games. I don't like that at all.

Is there a way to invite say, 8 players to a 5 player game, such that the first 5 who join get in and the others don't?  It seems to me I've seen people doing that, but when I tried to do it I couldn't see how.

First you have to invite 5 people and send the invites and then go back into the game and invite 3 more and so on and so on.

Would be nice if there was an 'invite all friends" button. one click and done.

it would be nice to be able to manage you friends into lists (tester list, work friends list, etc...) and if the "invite all friends" could be applied to a certain list i think that would be allot easier. it could be a premium feature

That's a good idea. Maybe "invite all friends" for everybody, with the ability to subdivide/categorize your friends list limited to Premiums.
