looking at http://www.wargear.net/games/list/my and I see the envelope icon in the message column
so I click on the game. The message flag at top of page is flashing but there are no messages in the game.
And now the message flag is cleared from the game page and the my games list.

I tried to reproduce this bug with asm and this is what I came up with.
Posting a private message in a game does not immediately set of the message flag for other users. It waits until their turn comes about. For me, in a game where asm posted a private message, when I viewed the game in the game list and in the game, there was no flag to be found (it was not my turn at that time). Had asm do it again (in the same game), waited for my turn to come around, no flag in the game list, but when I went into the game, there was the flashing icon at the top of the screen and no new messages. Hopefully, this will allow you to reproduce.

In a fogged game you can vote to terminate the game in order to find out how many players are left.
Hehe, I let tom know about that one a while back :p Although I haven't used it and really most of the time you can legitimately figure out how many are left, but it would be a good idea to have this fixed.
Only thing is I'm not really sure how. I guess just put blank boxes for everybody. The only downside to that would be not knowing who to pressure for not having voted.
