I like that the link exists, but it doesn't appear to take me to a list of those boards...

The list should be on your Board Ratings tab of your profile just under your Rating Distribution graph, an Unrated Boards section is present with links.

When I click on it I do land on a page that has a list of my unrated boards.

Where is this link?

Home page, beneath your stats on the right. Or go to your profile and click on Board Ratings (that's where the link takes you)

the link tells me i have 2 unrated boards, but then takes me to my review of duck hunt

nevermind. I see that it is taking me to my rating distribution graph. and since the only review i've done is duckhunt, it looks precisely like my review of duck hunt. i see the list now, tucked in the middle.
