Good morning, I had a pop up this morning that I was demoted to Sergeant? can someone explain the promotions and now a demotion? I will be sobbing in the corner waiting for a reply :)

likely you were on the edge of a Ranking and had points on a board that you lost. 

I think you lost this game http://www.wargear.net/games/view/776694 and that dropped you from 6 to 4 CPs.

Championship Points (CP) can move for two reasons, one is your point score changing and the other is someone else's point score changing. I've lost points many times through others improving. Also gained some the same way. 

You've currently only got one board where you're ranked top-10, which is a requirement, so your rank will move with your fortunes on the Baseball board. You can of course look for other boards to see if you can do well there too.
