    Not sure if this will work, but try going to your profile:

    www.wargear.net/players/info/headliner53

    and clicking "clear cache" (at the bottom of the player info table)

     

    Also, are you in a game that you've been eliminated, but game is still going on.  Do those still count?

     

    Also, I think you can still join tournaments and private games if you want to play more games.

    Correct, he’s in 12, though eliminated in 2, thus up against the active limit of ten for non-premium. Everything appears to be working as it should.
