I know that a revamp of the home page would take a lot of work, and may not make it very high on The List but i think it would help new and old players find the games that suit their timer needs.

i don't really care to see the 2/3/7 day things broken up. i guess i woulnd't mind seeing the lightning ones separated off, but i don't necessarily think that if we get the pushed lightning invite (similar to DEV) that was suggested that lightning games will be as much of a nuissance. especially if the hosts start deleting their games if noone joins.

Along those lines though, I would like to see the default sort on the home page and the My Turn page be by "time until skipped" meaning "turn limit - turn timer"

yeah that might not be a bad option now with the 2/3 day timers. i've got mine set to sort by turn time, and that's helpful when i only have time for a couple moves i start with the longest ones trying to stay under the boot limit.
