Why does the Chat bar disappear when on the Home page?

In this game with unlimited reserves and return to attack from placement:

I recieved 28 units, I Placed 11 and hit apply, and it took me to the attack phase with 0 remaining units in reserve.

It looks like you have subsequently been able to place those units though BD?

Ah.. I'm a retard.. I spread them around so I didn't even realize I had placed them. Sorry about that, and thanks Tom.

Should be fixed now... there was a javascript error preventing it from loading.

This was mentioned in another thread - but it appears some players are getting numerous boots in their log for no reason. Here is the oneI just found:

I don't see any connection between the two games that caused the multiple boot logs.

Yeah there was a bug related to tourment boots that I fixed a couple of weeks ago.

Shouldn't be happening any more.

I've noticed the card trade values have disappeared in 2 games over the last few days. Even when you select 3 cards, it just says "Card sets worth" in the black box to the right of "Clear Selection" button.

WarGear hates punctuation! I am trying to start a game of Salem's Dusk but because of the apostrophe it says "Salem is not found in the database"

Looks like tom may have to fix that one too :P

In the interim, I think you can create a game from the Create Game tab and just select Salem's Dusk in the drop down, or from this page: http://www.wargear.net/boards/view/1060 (which just has the board id rather than the name).

Ok, I see that but it still won't let me click on the name of the map from the Home Page or the boards tab and that is usually how I start games.

I turned on "Notify me by e-mail when I have a turn" a fe days ago. It's been working fine except I just went to take a turn and found I also had to do initial placement for a Dnaleri game - which I did not get an e-mail for. (And the turn timer said it should have come first.) Is it possible those are not being sent out along with regular turns?

I'll look into this... it's quite possible.

Don't know when this was released, but... friend inviter on the create game page is off by one. Started a four player game and had to invite four players to get it started. Should only take 3, obviously.

It is 28/30 filled, but I see no way to actually join the tourney from that page.  Also my name is both in the invited column, and in a team that has no name.
