The link to Review my own board in the Congratulations box seems weird since I can't review my own board, but not a big problem, just noticeable.
asm is a CYLON!!!
RiskyBack wrote: Amidon, just switch your preferences. I just care when I get eliminated, I don't care what happens after that. Unless it's a map test game but then I check in on them quite often anyways.
Yea, if you don't care you can just disable them. I personally like being able to go back and look at the history once the game is done (since I play a lot of maps that include fog) to see where I went wrong, and I'm not always the last person eliminated so the 2nd email is a big plus for me.
So, I had to make my own board so I could win something and see the new write-up. Good stuff, but some suggestions to take or leave.
Congratulations, you've won the game First Born
This game took 1 hour 29 minutes 14 seconds to finish and you took 5 turns.
Global Ranking Score Change
Alpha: 1506/1703 x20 = 17
New score = 1703 + 17 = 1720
<<--- Right here put where you are with Global Rankings (#19 in my case from below)
Board Ranking Score Change
Alpha: 1000/1000 x20 = 20
New score = 1000 + 20 = 1020
You have 0 championship points on this board.
<<<---- Here put where you are ranked on the board.
Your have a total of 29 championship points overall.
Your are ranked #19 in the Board Championship. <<<--- Move this up like suggested above.
If you'd like to provide feedback (good or bad!) to the board designer, please click here to rate this game board.
I would also suggest putting the Board Ranking stuff first, and then the global ranking.
One other stat that would be fun to put up is the number of eliminations you caused that game.

Only if it's accompanied by fun taunting, like "this was a 5 player game and you managed to win while only actually killing 1 person! HA!" etc.
Other than that, I agree with the minor rearrangements and additional info suggestions.
Going back to the luck stats, I would love to see a summary in that window saying "you won X more battles than you should have" or something like that. This is also a bump to the old idea of keeping statistics on how good each players' offensive and defensive luck is within a game and overall, don't know what happened to that discussion.
Agreed thanks, I'll update.

Back-burnered with a bunch of other low-priority stuff behind tourney implementation, I'm guessing. I'd love to eventually see a luck tool as well but there's just a lot to get done.

Not pointed out yet (I think) - that should be "You have" and "You are" instead of "Your have" and "Your are" -H
How is it that our resident Math Nazi caught this before our host of Grammar Nazis?
Yertle wrote: How about adding the number of players you eliminated in the game to the winning message.
Still one of the stats I would really really like to see in the game win message window (just in the first line after the number of moves you made would work, or just as a stat on a single line below that)!
New Bug in the Win window:
"You have a total of 0 championship points overall."
That's not a bug. That's justice.
Should be fixed now thanks Yertle + I added the eliminations stat.

w00000t! Thanks!
You guys just keep bumping this thread to remind me that I haven't won a game since Sunday. Then again, a 16-player 4-month win on Antastic is enough to make a fella feel warm inside for a couple days.
Bump.
[sorting games list by my turn/about to win/against Rolls]
Twice in the last week I "won by boot" - where my remaining opponent got booted. I did not get a "you won" e-mail.
Note: Both were from fairly established members. Hope it is not a trend.
Also - when you get a "you lose" e-mail from a tournament game it does not include the name of the winner of the game. It would be nice if it did.
