I'm quite certain I want them. Probably at 10 just because its a popular number near where gameplay would most benefit. That fix will go into the pile with a fog layer and fixing the overlapping borders. I don't have any idea when I'll have time to do it, though. I can barely get on here to spew nonsense for 5 minutes in the forums every so often.

Dunno what would happen to current games if I did it to the Live version (and similar to the Global Warfare discussion, dunno if it should be made to Live versions).  And don't think there is a way for me to make a new version of a board (other than my own).

Yeah I wouldn't add unit caps mid game, it would lead to some very odd things happening.
