Hello,
A player in one of my games appears to have been banned, can his account be set to auto skip?
Player: zdisabled_65133d9c
Game: 5CW

Sure - I've booted him from all games.
Quick question while we're here anyway - why isn't that standard practice?
It should be - sometimes I forget
Interesting. Thanks Tom!
Tom, there are a number of games that are taking ages to move on as there are 3 or 4 disabled players on a 3 day game. Is it possible to boot the disabled players on these games:

there may be more, but these are the ones I could quickly see
Tom, a suggestion, could you write into the code that any player whose name starts "zdisabled" is autobooted when it gets to their turn?
DONNA still screwing things up from beyond the grave.

Only 16 more hours to boot on that last one
These should all be cleared up now.

cheers!
What are the ramifications of booting vs. skipping? Is booting standard procedure?
First time you miss a turn, you're skipped; second time, you're booted. That's standard. Private games can be set otherwise, I think.
Or, if you mean is it standard procedure to immediately boot the zdisabled, I think it is if Tom remembers to do it. Otherwise they skip then boot.
The reason I brought it up is if a player is skipped, then his cards are still accessible. If he is booted they are not.
Good point -- it's important they boot right away then.
