I've made mention of this a couple times scattered around the forums, but it's an issue that perplexes and confounds me. Looking at that game, 4 guys are listed with 1000 ranking scores, which is not right. Sometimes everybody's shows 1000 before and after the game.

Occasionally seeing this type of thing makes me fear that it's the back-end calculations that aren't working, which would be a catastrophe. I'm usually pretty comfortable that it's just a display issue, but that's the sort of doubts that you really can't afford to have creeping into peoples' minds.

My first game on the board, took 21 points off Slimer, but end-of-game view shows both our ranking scores as 1000

It is a display issue - it's a display issue arising from having multiple versions of a board all needing to refer to the same rankings.

EDIT: I really love this website. Tom, you do just a phenomenal job keeping everything working. Sometimes I just cruise along in the blissful assurance that anything I have a problem with will get fixed pretty rapidly and I don't even think about it... and then occasionally I have moments like this where I check thru the forums, make 3+ posts in a row basically just saying "Thanks Tom, you fixed my incredibly minor complaint about something nobody else would ever notice, and all within a day of me reporting it" and it just hits me how incredible it all is. Here's to you, man.

No problem asm luckily I enjoy doing this stuff so find it very rewarding to get new features in. Glad you appreciate it.

This has been fixed... bizarrely I don't think it's ever worked!

I also added a 'your current rank' entry below the list of players.

Would adding the Global Rankings of players to these pages make sense?
