Currently if the number of units in a territory exceeds 99 the Player decreases the font size to fit the text into the available space.

I'm thinking this is probably not the best way to do this as the numbers becomes less readable, I'd prefer to leave the text size as is and just take up more room for the available text. In circle mode this means the circles will have to be bigger, in fill mode this means the space taken up by unit counts will be larger.

Any objections to this going ahead? The only problem I can think of is on boards where the territories are very small.
