Which email did you try, and where did you find that email?  I swear there was discussion on these forums about other payment methods, but I can't seem to find it.

Upper right hand of this screen has a yellow tilted rectangle (it's actually an envelope) amongst other icons (They may be labeled). This goes to Wargear Messages. Send a message to tom.
