During the last two occasions that the system was down, I was on vacation. I have (through trial and error) how to best manage my precious vacation days, and would have cancelled some of my vacation days -but couldn't because I couldn't log in-, thus retaining them. is there any way I could get them back?

If you provide a link to the game I assume Tom will revert the skip. He might find it also without a link but having one can't hurt.
