Is it possible to create games against AI, or computer controlled players? I like to play against bots a little on sites I am new at to get used to the unique play style and dynamic of the site before doing to terribly many games against humans so I don't get annihilated by more veteran site users

I'm a man.you can invite some of us to private games, which won't affect your ratings. most people active on these threads will be willing to, otherwise you can try to pull from here.

In the "Welcome Forum" there is also a sticky message with a group of people who have volunteered to be invited to games by new players for specifically this reason.
