I'll try and make sure that I take my turns, but I plan to be busy running up my credit cards today.

Feel free to send me money and stuff.

If I could figure out how to draw a line in Photoshop I would be a lot more well off with the Mac thing...

So I had the (mis?) fortune of being in the heart of the Maya motherland last Friday and got to learn all about the so-called "end of the world." It turns out the Maya recorded the longest astrological cycle known to mankind; when the alignment of the planets correspond with a full solar eclipse. This takes place every 5125 years or so. Last Friday this happened again and marked the beginning of a new era for the Maya. Not the end of the world, but the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one. About 10,000 pure blood Maya gathered in Tulum (Zama) to celebrate this event and pray.
