No, it's calculated on a per-board basis as well (see the player stats page at the bottom for example).
ps - thanks for pointing out that bug in the game win ratio numbers, will fix :)

Hey neat, I did something similar with my script and called it Normalized Wins. Yours was 1.92 =]Although of the players on the front page, TheVictor beat you with a 2.22. Hehe.
