Version 1.82 released

This is a minor incremental update that fixes a couple of bugs as well as improves the display a little:

Disabled zero button and zero shortcut key when in fortify phase

Changed shape of Fortify box and slimmed down Attack box

Improved highlighting of borders when attacking / fortifying

Fixed bug where incorrect player was shown as being attacked in Attack box

Color border line white / green / red to denote border modifiers

Oh, I kept forgetting to mention that one.

Ok a biggish update to the Player code to v1.84

1. Group like cards together - cards are sorted on the card page
2. Cards tab turns green when you have a set and it shows the number of cards held on tab
3. Elimination box shows you what cards you have captured
4. General visual improvements - enabled background transparency and removed padding around top control areas
5. Fixed bug where auto attack/transfer would stop attacking when player had 4 units
6. Added 'card received' popup
7. Removed player color panel and info page - this now appears below the Player
8. Improved attack and fortify / transfer box positioning
9. Greyed out Place button when player has no units left to place if return to placement is enabled

A big thank you to SciVul who contributed the code to improve the attack / fortify box positioning, this was something I had been avoiding for a while as it's a rather tricky problem, you should find it's a noticeable improvement.

Only 5 cards are shown in the Elimination box, if you capture more than 5 then they are not shown.  (Not a big deal, just an FYI).
