I was gonna look over the history in case I could offer any help before Tom got a chance to take a look, but there's fog, so I can't see anything. Sorry.

asm is a bit of noob (players can see skips/boots in History of Fog games).

Looks godvig was rightly skipped at turnid 2238, 2239 I assume is easle-eye turn initialized, then one-two minutes later 2240 and 2241 eagle-eye was skipped...twice, in out of order times! That's pretty wacky. Also looks like someone has taken a turn since then too.
I doubt this has anything to do with it, but godvig doesn't have his partner in the game either (I assume from a previous boot, but didn't look).
