Board Description

Corners are player capitals and have a three defending modifier.The two middle dominoes are the only continent worth a three bonus and have a minus two defending modifier. For every three countries owned one bonus unit. You get two attacks per turn. Abandonment is on. There is a five elimination bonus. After you fortify you can attack again.
