As of now you can only lock players to seats if you lock colors too.  I think it should be possible to lock seats, but allow players to choose color.

you can. at least thats what i did in my circles of death map.

I think these (and many more) options are coming down the pipes, we just need to be patient at the moment.

How did you? It doesn't seem to be an option under the rules page. I'm not trying to pressure tom, toaster. I haven't seen this suggested anywhere, and wanted to throw it out there. I understand tom has a lot to do, that doesn't mean I should keep my ideas to myself. Also, these options are all already available, just unnecessarily blocked, so I thought I'd share an easy fix.

Rules > starting scenario > 2nd option from the bottom. I think thats what you are looking for...

I think you mentioned this one a while back EN, it's already on the todo list.

My fault, don't recall doing that.

EN - In the game designer > under the Rules tab > starting scenario menu > turn the last option off "lock player colors to specified seat number"

if I turn it off, it then hides the option to lock players to seats, which I want to do.
