    how to block chat? 

    reason is comments in those games:

    lol it's ok - I have fun here anyway. this guy insult me all the time but I guess he have problem when losing games.

    I didnt even need to check to know who you were talking about! lol

     

    I found it can actually make the game more interesting to wind him/her up a bit when playing. Kinda along the lines of beating them 'on the pitch'!

     

    Alternatively it might be an idea for Tom to send a warning rather than a ban or alike.
