This seemed really big to me... What sized screen does everyone typically play on?
I use a 17" widescreen on a laptop typically.
Either a 17" laptop, or a 4.3" android phone.
23" monitor or 17" laptop or, rarely, 4.6" android phone
21" iMac - like I said in the other thread, but a 15ish" generic PC monitor at work, and occasionally on a 11.5" chrome book or more rarely on an iPad. I design boards exclusively on the iMac
I played your Waterloo map on an iPad while visiting my inlaws sometime back and thought that it was a very comfortable way of playing. Felt like I was holding a map.
17" laptop

A little OT, but Waterloo looks SOO good on the Native Player (iPad) - Every other map i've made looks better on the Flash player. Go figure. Speaking of Go, Go-Geared looks so bad on the Native player that tom has (wisely) blocked it. Go-Geared only plays on the Flash Player.
15" laptop at home mostly. at work 21" monitor. rarely on my Droid Ultra or on my 46" TV via my tower.
42" screen at home, 36" screen at work and 17" laptop when I travel.
27" at work (2560x1440 rejoice!) and 24" at home.
And I'm not sorry if that has resulted in you having to scroll on my maps. So there.
39" at home, 21" Fullscreen at work.
wow, there's a lot of big screens out there. seems i'm on the smallest end for both home and work!
I have big desktop screens. I don't know exact dimensions offhand. I sometimes play on typical cheap laptop screens too, although I try not to.
I suddenly feel very justified in creating a 1200 pixel wide board. Right on.
I work from home, so it's all the same machine, work or play (with various VMs to isolate work from personal). So I roll deep with three 30 inch monitors. Gaming in surround mode on all three gives me 7680x1600 glorious pixels. And with a machine powerful enough to drive it, I can play games like Skyrim at max detail/max resolution across the board, even in surround mode.
But usually, I'm watching TV on one, working on one, and surfing the web/gaming on WarGear on the 3rd.
That's it. I'm making a 7680x1600 map just for Slander.
24" at home (1920x1200), else 17" laptop (1440x900), haven't been desperate enough yet to try my 5" Android...

More of a challenge is making one for NewlyIdle's Android..

It works pretty good on the ol' droid. But it makes my fingers feel really fat... ;)
Ever see a rat with fat fingers...? Not a pretty sight.
