I've tried Mozilla, IE, Chrome and Safari and no button in sight...

Usually, it's at the far right edge and just a bit is showing, but it's enough so that I can click it, but now nothing is showing for that button.

Zoom In to the page and it shows up.

If I could figure out how to draw a line in Photoshop I would be a lot more well off with the Mac thing...

Aye, or may have to go to your browser settings.

I often run into the same problem.. I was just checking and Ctrl +- doesn't do the trick.  If you have long factory names and factory destinations, you're in trouble.  I think one time, I just ended up doing it in xml.

Or hold control and use the mouse wheel.

Had to delete the continents first and then the button appeared (barely) so I could re-add them.

Now, I'm getting a different issue.  I wanted to go back and revise the value of a tech bonus for all nations, so I followed above process to delete the continent, then when I go back to re-add, I cannot type in the box....aaargh.

Now, I was able to re-add the continents...not sure if this was because someone was viewing an open game while I was trying to make the changes or not...

Yup. This works for me.  But I'm on windows and chrome. Probably different on the mac.

It's an issue of needing to rescale the window or stack the buttons in two rows when they run out of space on the top row to display in the browser window. I'm not sure if this has been added to the suggestions list, but it definitely should be brought to Tom's attention!

Works for me on Mac with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.  command + will zoome in and show more of the buttons.

This has been brought up before... http://www.wargear.net/forum/showthread/1781/long_continent_names_break_UI_for_designer_when_editing_continents
