We can all agree that asm and Cramchackle are two of the best players on this site. We can also agree that, if they were on the same team, said team would truly be a force to be reckoned with. Furthermore, I think we can all agree that, if you were facing that team all by yourself, your chances of victory would be infinitesimally small.
Infinitesimally small... but not zero. Behold!

That's right - I singlehandedly took on asm and Cramchackle as a team and won! Bow before your new WarGear god!
(While you're bowing to my greatness, I need to take out Lady Luck's trash, clean her dishes, babysit her kid, scrub out her toilet, and balance her checkbook, 'cause I owe her big.)
I... can't find anything wrong with this line of reasoning...
I like the comments in that game. I don't condone profanity but I sure do like it!
P.S. Hugh and 11's both went MIA at about the same time.......has anyone ever seen them in the same place at the same time?
I would like to start the rumor that Hugh and 11's were double account players and cheaters and tom booted them off the site. Who's with me?!
You may have had luck on your side, but from the History it looks like you made the right moves too. Attacked and defended nicely, quite impressive!
Wow that was some serious bad rolling by cram and a only a couple bad decisions by them. but mostly it was dice deciding that game, nice job oat.

You should have seen the private team messages.
Yertle - I noticed the same thing. While we did get killed on dice - sort of a necessity any time a 1v2 is won - Oatie played a really great game.
Thanks everyone! Looking through the history, I think that I would've lost handily, even with the amazing dice rolling on my part and Cram's utter meltdown on turn 2, if you guys spent less time trying to clear me out of the frontier and more time building up your bonuses in the early game. Past that, though, yeah, this was definitely one for the ages.

yup, that's what i meant about bad decisions.
Yeah, we pretty much figured we would just have more than enough time to roll easily to a 2v1 victory so took the conservative approach, and stuck with it too long. By the time I realized you were probably cashing in 2 continents per turn already it was a bit late. Lazy.
We probably let the two on one go to our heads at the start, and figured it was really just clean up mode from the beginning. I didn't figure Oat could get ahold of a continent any faster than we could wipe him off the map. We were very wrong.
Yup, exactly.
Good thing he's dead.
He may be dead, but his spirit lives on through every bowl of oatmeal I consume before I kick everybody's collective asses in the morning. ;-)

I'm glad it didn't happen to me. I've seen 1 player teams win in 3 or 4 team games, but in 2 teams, it's pretty impressive. Thanks for taking those 2 out!
