While in the design mode, would it be possible to display the name of a territory when you hover over it with the cursor?

Also, and maybe this exists and I just haven't figured it out, could you make just a basic cursor for the board design tool with which you can click on territories to get information about them (borders, max units, modifiers, continents, etc.), but that's not an editing tool?

Hmm, and maybe a way to list all the territories and continents, and you could click on the territory/continent name in the list and it would highlight that territory/continent on the map, and give you information about it. That would also be really useful.
