How do I delete games from "My Games" list?

You can't..

Once a war is waged it becomes part of the historical WarGear record.  You can however, choose to view only live games from the "view" pull down menu.  I suppose if you really want total control over what you see on the My Games page, you could flag the games you want to see and choose "flagged games" from the view menu.
