I have reset the turn timers and re-enabled autoboot / skip as of now.

Thanks for what you are doing for the site improvements. 

I just have 2 games where I cannot place troops (actually they have even disappeared).

Also, my timezone is inaccurate. I have repeatedly fixed it in vain.

It should be "Europe/London".

By the way, emoticons in game messages are not working any more, it is not so important... but is it forever?
