Playing a game on Colossal Crusade and when viewing turn history it is adding +3 units to every territory. Say a territory has a 4 on it - in history it would show it as a 7. 

There is a common history bug that has a simple workaround.  See if this works for you.  When you notice the unit counts being off, backup in the history a bit (left arrow), then go back forward (right arrow), usually this clears out the wrong unit counts.
