After putting new reserves up to limit and clicking APPLY I get a message "Maximum allowable reserves of 0 exceeded.
I'm not completely following, but, maybe you are placing onto a territory that has a maximum amount and forcing you to stop placing even though you still have reserves to place... Then, because the board might not allow reserves to be held, yet you still have reserves in hand, it still wants you to place all your reserves before applying? If this is the case then place the rest of your reserves elsewhere and then press apply?
The board is Battle of Bladensburg. At the end of road that I poses I raised the count to 20 and the APPLY Light goes on as it should. I have no more road endings and know I will lose the remaining reserves. A this point I hit APPLY and I get that message. I have rebooted and tried again. This started late last night.
likely if you're getting that reserve error message there's another location you can place units. if no other locations are able to place units, there should be an acknowledgement message that you're about to continue without placing all your units, at which you click OK and it moves on.
it's a fogged game so we can't see anything.
post here again if both those fail you again. tom will have to look into it if that's the case.
If you have 30 units to place and you pace 10 and fill up the available spaces the "APPLY" field gets highlighted. If you click that you should be able to begin you move. When I hit it I get the error message. I've tried everything I can think of sort of surrender.
Probem resolved
Thanks everyone.
