Just joined and an oldie from the UK, have not played risk for many years but am keen to learn and the online experience should be much better than having to set out all the pieces on the board!! I like the idea of turn based games...as at my age I am in no hurry and look forward to taking on all those young pretenders :)).....but let me get some practice in first!

I think you might just find that most of us here are on the older side as well. So, no young pretenders, just old contenders!

Some friends and us got together for new years. The clock ticked down and we all went:
"Horray! Happy New Years!" and then somebody went "We stayed up till midnight!"
and we all went:
"Horray! We're all awake for New Years!"
