I am aware of this issue since a long time, especially on tuesday mornings or at 11 Brussels time.

But not every one is aware of that and I can't imagine someone joining on tuesday morning will come back on the site.

Something needs to be done. At least banning or suspending RT games when the server is too slow.

I've amended the full site backup so that it only runs monthly. It's not really needed weekly as there is a daily database backup.
