I played against this player and reported their play.  Hope the report button fixes the situation but I saw earlier someone said they reported him.

Check the recent history.  He has one loss recently and it's because he surrendered the game, likely to try and make things look more random.  In my game his alternate used 1v3 attacks to try and reduce armies but failed.  Once I was eliminated the leading alternate simply surrendered when he couldn't figure out a way to convincingly lose (I purposefully attacked Ferfazz only as I figured out what was happening fairly quickly) to make it obvious if Ferfazz got the win. 

Anyways recent history tells a pretty straightforward story for this player.
