    In these two DEV games, clicking on the "Apply" button after placing my units does nothing.

    The designer just made some changes to the board. Did that break these two games?

    FYI - I added some territories, borders and auto-capture factories.

    Yes this will break the game, it will need to be restarted.

    Specifically it's the territory changes that will break it.

    Darn.  I thought I had done stuff like that before and it was ok, but I guess not.
