    This has been discussed before. Summarizing - there is Team Message.  Beyond that the combinations become unwieldy and you'd basically have to have fill out a field for every player you want communicate with.  Given the % of times most people would actually want to use this feature, it's not really worth the effort to create and the screen space it takes up.

    It should be possible to play WG boards in real-time ..without the wait, regardless of how many are playing.
