Ok, so I have a few boards, all are different scenarios of a larger map, but I am having a problem right now where it is not assinging the correct number of bonuses to start.  I have looked into the problem with it being tied to the colors, but all of the colors are set to default.  I have looked to see if I have something else set wrong, but I can't find it.  Also the starting bonuses that I don't receive are being moved to a random area that I own.  Here are the links for the maps.  Let me know if anyone can see what is going on.  Thanks,

Just a guess, but I looked at your first board and noticed that all the continents were tied to Factory T1. Is that where all the bonuses are going?

I think you want to set Factory to disabled, unless you are using the Factory feature.
