I can't delete all the continents on a map.  Whether I use the 'delete all' button, or just delete them individually by hand, once I save, go back the designer, and open the map back up, the continents are all back. 

If I delete all but one, and save, that works, but trying to delete that last one it just won't let me.  Maybe the save is failing somehow when there are no continents?

Also, in the designer, when I mouse over a territory & get the pop-up with territory info, the coordinates given in 'position' look like x,x  instead of x,y.
